These terms apply when you use 1o1 Coach at https://1o1coach.com, including the coach workspace and the client phone app.
The product
1o1 Coach helps coaches write meal and workout plans and share them with clients. It is a planning and tracking tool. It is not medical, nutritional, or diagnostic advice. Coaches are responsible for the plans they write and the clients they invite.
Accounts
Coaches sign in with email. Clients sign in with the email on their profile, or a private link from their coach. A coach login does not open the client app, and a client login does not open the coach workspace. Keep your login to yourself.
Trial and paid plans
New coaches get 30 days with 2 live clients, with no credit card. After that, use of saving tools needs a paid plan: ₹2,999/month for 5 active clients, ₹4,999/month for 10, or a custom plan for more. Only active clients use a seat. Ended clients keep history and do not count. See pricing.
Refunds
Paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@1o1coach.com if you want a refund.
Your data
Coaches must have permission to store their clients’ details and photos. You must not upload anything illegal or that you do not have the right to use. How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not try to access another coach’s clients, break the product, or use 1o1 Coach to spam or harm people. We may suspend an account that is abused or unpaid after the trial.
Availability
We aim to keep 1o1 Coach available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features as the product grows.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. For anything these pages do not cover, email support@1o1coach.com.
