Who we are

1o1 Coach is operated from India. Questions: support@1o1coach.com.

What we collect

• Coach account details, such as email and name.
• Client profiles the coach adds: name, email, measurements, goals, and plans.
• Daily logs, extra foods, workout ticks, messages, and weekly check-ins.
• Progress and profile photos clients upload.
• Technical data needed to keep you signed in, such as cookies and session tokens.

How we use it

We use this data only to run 1o1 Coach: show the right plan to the right person, let the coach review check-ins, and keep the account secure. We do not sell personal data.

Who can see it

A coach sees only their own clients. A client sees only their own plan, logs, and messages. Hosting, login, and file storage are handled by our infrastructure providers so the product can run.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while the coach uses 1o1 Coach. If an account is cancelled, we may retain data for up to 30 days in case they reactivate, then delete or anonymise it unless we must keep a record for legal reasons.

Your choices

Coaches can update or remove client details in the workspace. Clients can ask their coach, or email us, to correct or delete data we hold. You can also ask what we store about you.

Photos

Check-in photos are for the coaching relationship. They are visible to that client and their coach. Do not upload photos of anyone who has not agreed to be in the plan.
